RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Complimentary exchanges & returns within 15 days.
- Item must be in perfect & re-sellable condition.
- Apparel item MUST NOT be worn, stained, damaged or washed.
- Original packaging/labeling must be provided.
- Original invoice and applicable certificates must be provided.
- Candles must be in original packaging and not burned or tampered with original finish.
- Fragrance items must be at original filled level.
- No exchanges or returns for Custom Orders. All Sales Final.
- Refund for any returns will be process within 3-5 business days of item being received by our shipping department.
- Refund will be applied to original form of payment.
To request a return or exchange please email contact@yanak.com. We will email you a return label for USPS. Simply put item back in shipment box and affix shipping label securely and provide your shipment to you local US Post Office.
In the event that damage occurs in transit or if you discover any defect in manufacture once item is received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at contact@yanak.com. We will provide instructions on how to send return items.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be received back at Yana K within 15 days of the date your order shipped from us (the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email).
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible) to avoid any in-transit damage.

STANDARD GROUND
- Complimentary for all orders above $58
- Timing may range from 2-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. We ship from Hollywood, Florida.
- Commonly shipments from Florida to Central / Northeast United States is about 2-3 business days. Shipments from Florida to West Coast range from 5-7 days. - Shipments from Florida to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer.
- If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is the following Monday.
2-DAY SHIPPING
- $48 Fee
- If item ordered is in stock and ordered within normal business hours 9am - 5pm, it will ship same day and arrive within 2 business days.
- If item is ordered after normal business hours, it will ship the following day and arrive in 2 business days.
- If item is ordered during the weekend, the earliest it will ship would be the following Monday.
- Note exceptions if item is out of stock and/or custom made, shipment may be delayed by an additional 5 days before shipping.
OVERNIGHT
- $88 Fee

- If item is ordered after normal business hours, it will ship the following day and arrive in 1 business days.
- If item is ordered during the weekend, the earliest it will ship would be the following Monday.

If we are unable to process your information due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional business days until we contact you and clarify / confirm payment.
We recommend ground delivery on all orders. Note we are not responsible for delays by UPS due to weather or other uncontrollable similar circumstances.
Your purchases may come in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped that includes tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note for shipments to Canada, taxes and duties are not included in the checkout process and will be charged upon delivery by the carrier. Internationally we will ship to any country but others fees may apply including additional freight, insurance, taxes, brokerage fees and duties. Standard UPS fees will apply.
