RETURN POLICY
Item(s) may be exchanged but may not be returned for a refund, unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
In the event that damage occurs in transit or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at beverlyhills@yanak.com. We will provide instructions on how to send return items. Returns must be received back at Yana K within 30 days from the date your order shipped from us.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges must be received back at Yana K within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us (the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email). For international orders, packages must be received back at Yana K within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us. Exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
Securely pack your merchandise and Exchange Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible). You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
All products are Custom-Made To Order. Most orders are shipped within 4 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your information due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional business days until we contact you and clarify / confirm payment. Please note we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping rates are based on UPS shipping rates of overnight, 2 day or ground calculated rates based on packaging weight and distance. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We recommend ground delivery on all orders. Note we are not responsible for delays by UPS due to weather or other uncontrollable similar circumstances.
Your purchases may come in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped that includes tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note for shipments to Canada, taxes and duties are not included in the checkout process and will be charged upon delivery by the carrier. Internationally we will ship to any country but others fees may apply including additional freight, insurance, taxes, brokerage fees and duties. Standard UPS fees will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are Final. Merchandise may be only exchanged within 3 days of receipt in the event that product is damaged or defective. In case of return needed for damage or defective merchandise you may contact us directly for shipping / return process within 3 days or receipt of merchandise.
