RETURN & EXCHANGES
RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Complimentary exchanges & returns within 15 days.
- Item must be in perfect & re-sellable condition.
- Apparel item MUST NOT be worn, stained, damaged or washed.
- Original packaging/labeling must be provided.
- Original invoice and applicable certificates must be provided.
- Candles must be in original packaging and not burned or tampered with original finish.
- Fragrance items must be at original filled level.
- No exchanges or returns for Custom Orders. All Sales Final.
- Refund for any returns will be process within 3-5 business days of item being received by our shipping department.
- Refund will be applied to original form of payment.
- To request a return or exchange please email email@example.com. We will email you a return label for USPS. Simply put item back in shipment box and affix shipping label securely and provide your shipment to you local US Post Office.
In the event that damage occurs in transit or if you discover any defect in manufacture once item is received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide instructions on how to send return items.
All exchanges must be received back at Yana K within 15 days of the date your order shipped from us (the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email).
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible) to avoid any in-transit damage.
